All 12 of India’s Asian Games 2026-bound archers, including compound ace Jyothi Surekha Vennam, will be in focus at the Archery World Cup 2026 Stage 3, which gets underway in Antalya, Turkiye, on Tuesday.

Live streaming of the Archery World Cup 2026 Antalya compound and recurve finals will be available to watch in India.

It is the penultimate stop in the four-stage Archery World Cup 2026 circuit with Madrid scheduled to host the final leg in July.

The Antalya archery meet will see 332 recurve and compound archers from 42 federations shoot off for medals between June 9 to 14, with valuable World Cup Final qualification points on offer.

India have sent a 16-member squad for the Antalya Archery World Cup.

The Antalya World Cup will serve as an important benchmark for India’s preparations for the Asian Games 2026 after all archers selected for Aichi-Nagoya 2026 were named in the contingent for the Turkiye meet.

The men’s recurve unit features Asian Games-bound Dhiraj Bommadevara, Yashdeep Sanjay Bhoge and Neeraj Chauhan.

Veteran Olympian Atanu Das is the fourth member of the squad and will look to make a strong statement after narrowly missing out on selection for the Asian Games.

Olympian Deepika Kumari is also a part of the women’s recurve unit and will have a similar agenda to his husband Atanu after failing to make the Asian Games squad.

Kumkum Mohod, Kirti Sharma and Ankita Bhakat, meanwhile, will be eager to test themselves against top opponents heading into the continental meet in Japan.

Hangzhou 2023 medal winner Jyothi Surekha leads the women’s compound squad alongside future 2026 Asian Games teammates Chikitha Taniparthi and Prithika Pradeep. Parneet Kaur makes up the fourth member of the team.

The men’s compound team comprises Aichi-Nagoya 2026-bound Ganesh Mani Ratnam Thirumuru, Sahil Jadhav and Kushal Dalal, alongside Rishabh Yadav.

Indian archers secured two medals at the last Archery World Cup leg in Shanghai with the women’s recurve team comprising Deepika Kumari, Ankita Bhakat and Kumkum Mohod winning gold and Sahil Jadhav bagging the individual bronze in men’s compound.

The first leg at Puebla, Mexico, saw Madhura Dhamangaonkar, Pragati and Jyothi Surekha Vennam win the women’s compound gold medal for India’s only podium finish.

The 2026 Archery World Cup Final, scheduled later this year, will feature the individual champions from each World Cup stage alongside the highest-ranked archers on the season standings.
